RE: Battery Life

2.2 volts per cell, 13.2 volts at full charge on a good battery. 10.5 volts tells me that one cell is bad. The working battery holds about 2.08 volts per cell and 5 good cells x 2.08 = 10.42 volts. Two new batteries are in need.

RE: USB head question

If you read through that thread it says that power can not be applied using the micro USB socket. You need an adapter like the one 1492 posted. Yes sir. I did not attempt to give advice on power supplies. I gave advice on the question of 'are all USB connections ..........' The original post never asked for power supply information. My reply had a picture of a tether for someone else who did not know of the USB port on the Mobley. I have a Mobley and I have the USB power supply with female OBD II to 12 volt barrel connector, this allows me to also use a 12 volt wall brick or my cigarette lighter cord with barrel connector. A better response on my end would have explained the USB pin out. I chose not to put the time into that subject on one of these threads. There are far too many experts here for myself.

There is a door and behind it is USB micro on my Mobley. I have never used it. https://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php/1894920-ZTE-Mobley-USB-Tethering-ASUS-Router-and-probably-others!

RE: Tent camping

Cottonwood Lake. The campground if you need a table and want to spend money. Plenty of dispersed free sites along south cottonwood creek. A variety of lake and stream fishing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYheV2jjEG8

RE: Ute lake or Conchas Lk Stae Pks, New Mexico?

Conchas for the beauty, and Ute for the convenience. To add, if you went to Ute only it would be great. However ... I would invest three days at Conchas.

RE: Looking to downsize a little - specific floorplan wanted

The Sightseer 33C can be used front to back with the slides in. It is spacious for a couple with the slides out. The current offering is unknown for myself.

RE: internet

I would find who has the best signal at your location and shop them for data. AT&T and Verizon have the best coverages by far west of the Mississippi. A good system is of no use if there is not signal. LTE far surpassed 4G or HSPA+ in my travels. I use a weboost sleek for low signals.

RE: Do cellphone boosters work for RV camping with poor signal?

RE: Cooling external fuel pump

A nice flat spot on the pump and an old cpu heatsink preferably copper. No fan needed. Copper is a superior conductor of heat as to aluminum. And they do have water cooled cpu heat sinks.
