RE: Campgrounds near Yellowstone

ReneeG, Yellowstone very busy still. Lots of visitors to include kids. Talked to several park officials/rangers seems to not be slowing, lol. Still a great time, enjoy. Dave

Lander city park, Lander WY

Good day, Has anyone overnighted at the Lander City Park in Lander, WY? We just need a place to overnight on out way to Yellowstone, no need for hookups or anything, just quite place to crash for the night. We have a 23' class c and a small toad. Thanks in advance, Dave

Main door handle/lock

Good afternoon, During our most recent trip our main door handle would not allow us to open the door from the outside. We can open from the inside only. I took the inside plate off and found a plastic piece that drops when opening from the outside but not the inside. Not sure what the piece is for, but I can only assume there is a spring missing. I assume I need to replace the whole assembly and on Amazon I have found a lot of them. Any suggestions or recommendations would be great. Our unit is a Thor Chatuea 23c. Thanks in advance, Dave

Fiat 500 for flat towing questions

Good day everyone, We recently picked up a Fiat 500 to flat tow behind our 23ft class C. Does anyone flat tow a Fiat? If so I have a few questions. It is already setup to flat tow, and was wondering: A: Does the key need to be into keep the steering unlocked? It does not seem to lock when I pull the key out so I'm assuming not. B: It came with a braking system, Blue Ox patriot. The previous owner plugged it into the 12v power plug and put the key in acc to power it. Does anyone use a separate power source like the ones for jump starting your car for the braking power? Thanks in advance, Dave
