RE: Automatic air tank drain valves

Known as a Spitter valve, found on most trucks and can be heard every few minutes, some are electric and some are pressure driven. Listen to them for the better part of my life as I put in 60# yrs over the road.

RE: Tires - The 10 Year Rule

RE: Open in August 9th

Flight's from India are supposed to be banned but they are still coming in byway of Belgrade and Frankfurt, friend came in from Belgrade 2 weeks ago and the plane was full of East Indian's and they were handed a virus test kit to be done @ home through zoom, so much for what the media tells everybody.

RE: Pics from our Alaska trip

You are not a threat to those Bears but you would be a supper for them in a heartbeat, you do not co-exist with those animal's. Just my thought's, best think about it for a moment because that's all the time you would have. Nice pics though.

RE: More Australian unusual 5ver photos

Some nice rigs, too bad we don't have them here in Canada, the closet we have to make one is the Hino cab over.

RE: Happijac question....

From owning HappyJac's I found that they were the biggest piece of Junk on the market and the tubes do bend with very little force and being electric was even worst, back to hydraulic jacks was the best answer but more work, was sure happy when it was sold. No more truck camper's for me and I should say Momma??

RE: New 5th wheel vent fan install

Just put some Dicor down and put the new fan in and more Dicor after you screw it down, had the same problem when I put mine in and no leaks 3 yrs later, the remote is sure nice, save's getting a chair to stand on to open the old one.

RE: Follow up Solar Question

I have two 100 watt portable panels without a controller connected...I installed a Renogy 30 amp controller in my camper and did the wiring so when I set the panels out all I have to do is connect them via an Anderson connector..i don't keep the controller hooked to the battery 24/7,only when I'm going to use it. Don't hurt to leave controller hook to battery all the time, had the one in the MH hooked up for 18 yrs, never hurt it untill one battery went out.

RE: Oldie but goody???

Nothing wrong with an old trailer as my TravelAire is a 1994 and all we replaced so far were the kitchen taps, one of the better built 5th wheels in their day, very well put together with wood and fibre glass and is 26' and weight is over 8000 lbs.

RE: FloJet Macerator Capabilities -Unique (embarassing) Question

Baby wipe's should not be put through a macerator as they will not tear apart enough and will jam the pump, most anything else will cause no trouble at the pump. Just my thought's.

RE: Check this if you've bought a used RV recently

The DW tests the smoke detector daily while camping. As a bonus, it usually means dinner is ready. https://i.imgur.com/a3IuN53l.gif X2
