RE: GM HD Trucks Many with AWD instead of 4WD

Gramps said never get stuck in 4 wheel drive. Go in the woods in 2 wheel drive and if you get in trouble 4 wheel drive will get you out.

RE: Thoughts on slider awnings

I think they are a must have. Leaves and stuff fall off when you close the slide you don't need to climb up and clean them off.

RE: I90 fuel islands in Massachusetts

The people that park at the curb, where it says no parking, block the way, not the people at the pump. I got gas with a 33 ft TT and I do it now with a MH towing.

RE: Electric Bikes???

We got schwinn mountain bikes about 30 years ago and they don't work as good as they did going up hill. Dr says it's not the bike it's our age so I have been looking for a class 1 electric bike for on the road in the country. Because it's up hill to get home I don't go more then a few miles a week at home but do ride in campgrounds or on the level like canal trails. What should I be looking at?

RE: Covers. Who uses them? Who doesn't?

I used a cover one time. It snowed then a layer of ice then a chance to go away. What a pain getting the cover off. I guess if you don't want to use it until spring a cover might work but you can't use it with the cover on. The sun will shine and the rain will fall on it all the time it's being used.

RE: RVing with no mechanical capability

You hire someone to fix stuff in your home. You have a car that you don't repair yourself. It's the same thing. Things inside the RV that brake down don't usually leave you stranded, fridge, heater, water pump, water heater can always get fixed later.
