I'm not that old yet, but when I was growing up most everything came from eather the barn or the garden and fat would get rendered on the stove and keep in the fridge. That was back when people didn't thow anything away.
If she doesn't have her own space I don't think you will have to worry about her being around much. I think you should be looking at a bunk house that maybe you could turn into an office or den later on.
It might sit for 15 years before you have enough snow.
We had our first signature ultra light for 7 years and got a new one 3 years ago. We are gone about 2-3 months twice a year and have had no problems.
My dish box will send a message to the TV that says the box cant find the satellite. In the House I have Directv and it will also send something to the TV when the dish is unhooked from the Box.

In almost 30 years of pulling a TT I had my first flat on a trailer 2 months ago. I saw that it was soft while at a campground and when I put air in it and found a staple. I put on the spare and the next day I stopped at a tire shop and had them patch it and put it back on the trailer. It cost me $15.00 and I was in Colquitt GA.
Times change, when we bought our present house there was an outhouse in the back yard and the kitchen sink had a pipe stuck out the back wall of the house and the water ran into a ditch. Our town doesn't allow that any more. That was almost 30 years ago and we fixed it before we moved in.
