RE: Can I safely tow a Fuel 362 with 2020 2500HD 6.6

Truck Rear Axle Rating...RAWR is what will be carrying the WET pin
17K GVWR at 22% = 3740#
6600 RAWR minus wet pin= 2860#
Pretty sure the truck rear axle will weigh more then 3000# BEFORE adding hitch/wet pin
Back to that 14,000 GVWR 5th wheel in order to be able to carry WET Pin weight plus hitch

RE: Can I safely tow a Fuel 362 with 2020 2500HD 6.6

Post the Trailer GVWRs
Figure 22% of GVWR for wet pin
Post your 2500s RAWR
Otherwise folks would have to internet search to find that info.
Your question...you need to post the details
2020 2500....guesstimate would be 14,000 GVWR MAX

RE: SW6DE hot cables

Suburban SW6DE does NOT use a 'relay' unless RV MFG installed/Modified water heater controls
AC from Circuit Breaker goes to AC Junction Box (left side of WH Tank looking from rear)
From Junction Box to OEM on/off switch in outside compartment then UP to the 120VAC Set of t-stats (left side) then down to element
Black wires....120VAC Hot
White Wires....120VAC Neutral
Check the wire connections in the AC Junction Box...they are connected using Wire Nuts (not the best for staying tight bouncing/vibrating down the roads)
Loose connections.....high resistance===HEAT
OEM element is 1440W 120VAC element....12amps

RE: Almost lost reservation in AZ park

Highest bidder takes it! You were buying 3 months; they were buying 12 months.
If you own a business, whoever is spending the most money $$$$ will usually get the most attention. Pretty simple.
Seinfeld: I don’t understand. Do you have my reservation?
Rental Car Agent: We have your reservation, we just ran out of cars.
Seinfeld: But the reservation keeps the car here. That’s why you have the reservation.
Rental Car Agent: I think I know why we have reservations.
Seinfeld: I don’t think you do! You see, you know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservations. And that’s really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them!

OP ---name the park so others are aware of their 'reservation' practice

RE: 5th wheel pin lubricate

Been using one since late 1990's first on a small 5th wheel and then in 2006 on our new larger 5vr
Grease the hitch pivots point and smear some grease on/around the king pin
Lube Plate takes care of the Pin box/hitch head contact areas
Clean, no messy grease on head plate etc
Only thing is.......wash/rinse down plate to remove dirt/grit so it doesn't get embedded in plate
