Reminder About the Rules

Over the past few weeks I have had to either edit, delete or close more posts and threads than usual. They have all been about the current Canada/US border situation where the discussion turned political which is clearly against the forum rules. Often the posts inevitably turn to flaming of members which also contravenes the forum rules. These forums are meant for RVing and camping related questions, discussions and sharing of experiences. Any posts that include political statements or political opinions about either country or are off topic will be deleted. Moderator

RE: Covid 19 warning

Too many unknowns for us for the coming snowbird season including the Canada/US border, we've already decided to cancel our annual trek to South Carolina. I’m 72 and my wife will be 69 this year; until they have this virus beaten with a vaccine, we’re staying in the great white north! First time in 9 years. :(

RE: Canada border crossing

Let’s not turn this into a political thread or I will have no choice but to close it. Eric .... (Moderator)

RE: Recreational Border Crossing

At this point it doesn’t much matter which things are cheaper on which side, the border is closing and so is this thread! We can have this debate when our lives normalize. Moderator

RE: Recreational Border Crossing

Same thing both ways. We have a seasonal camp in upstate NY that we don’t know when we will be able to get back to. Unfortunately closing the border is hopefully a short term must!
