RE: Curb weight

You need a different car. Too much weight to make the trip enjoyable.

RE: Looking for a Class C. No cabover with washer combo.

As far as I know, the only Class C with washer combo is the Leprechaun 311 FS.

RE: Car Dolly

I have a dolly and it's is not a big deal to make it work. Probably 10 minutes at worse case to load the car. To unload it is about 5 minutes. It is cheaper alternative, and can load both of our cars. Weight added to the MH is probably around 50 pounds as most of the weight goes over the dolly wheels. We trade cars frequently so the charge for bases and other things every time I change cars would be too much.

RE: Washer dryer in a class c

I have 311FS that did not come with it installed. If you remove the rear panel in the closet, you will see that everything needed is already installed. However, I installed a Splendide vented. I did a hole in the outside wall. It works fine. You need to put the water heater off in order for it to work. I turn it off while using the washer. The unit comes with a separate valve and connection for the used water, so you need to be hooked on a site. It does not go the grey tank. If you get under your unit, you will see it. Look at the link below and you will see photos of it installed and the exhaust vent. http://www.forestriverforums.com/forums/f230/my-first-class-c-134789-15.html
