RE: Brooklyn Queens Expressway

Drove tractor trailer on the BQE many times, the bridges are marked12'6 but they are high enough for a 13'6 trailer to pass through without a problem, still wouldn't take an RV on it.

RE: Tiers of Motohomes

To put some input, storm, flair, bounder would be tier 3(entry level)bounder classic and Southwind would be 2,and the pace arrows would be 1s,I personally will be looking for a class A soon,99 to about 2008,most likely a Tiffin or Newmar, I feel the build quality is much better than the **** they build now.

RE: Weigh Station ??

Been driving tractor trailer since '88,I've never seen a RV Get pulled into or chased down, the only RV'S I see that could be targeted are the 5ers being pulled by a over the road tractor.

RE: onan fuel pump

The same fuel pumps are used on riding lawnmowers, paid $20 for the exact same part w/o $300 ONAN box.

RE: Gasser guys and gals ...why not a diesel ?

I think there is some misinformation/fear being spread here.Ive driven tractor trailer since 1988,most trucking companies do the bare minimum maintenance on equipment to save moola. I worked for the guys with the brown trucks(freight division)for the past 13 years, they do a service on the trucks 1 time per year.diesels are beyond reliable, and yes more expensive, but you get longevity and a far better ride with the air ride suspension.
