RE: Los Algodones Mexico

By mid June most all of the snowbirds and Canadian citizens have departed. To be safe I would still not drink the water, but a beer or soda would be OK. Lot's of good dentists, liquor stores and pharmacy's in town. The summer months are very HOT so prepare accordingly and good luck. I like our Algodones dentist better than our dentist in S. Calif.

RE: Need new batteries. Any advice?

I personally prefer the "Lifeline" AGM style of battery. AGM batteries will not out-gas as you have witnessed with your flooded cell Interstate units, thus no terminal corrosion. They are more money but are almost maint free. AGM are not as costly as the latest style Lithium Ion batteries.

RE: House Battery

As MBL stated he prefers Group 31 or 27, I agree. I personally like Lifeline AGM batteries. No maint. long lasting, no terminal corrosion and a mid price point between lithium-ion, and flooded cell varieties.

RE: Touchy subject - proper toilet paper for black tank

We also put our TP in a plastic bag and dispose of in dumpster. Why fill the black tank with TP. We use Costco Kirkland TP, never a problem.
