Soft spot in Sprinter cab area

Our 2016 Thor Citation has a soft spongy area in the Sprinter cab between the two front seats, under the rubber floor covering. We've just discovered a leak coming from the side of the coach going across the floor where the vinyl meets the carpet of the cab. What is under the rubber covering in the cab?

cleaning tinted tempered glass

The side windows of the coach we bought has streaks that cannot be removed with: Windex, Simple Green, Dawn, or Vinegar. Tried fine steel wool, which helped but didn't remove completely. What is a safe way of removing them? Probably came from the rubber roof. Thanks, Lee

Leave propane on while driving?

Our normal practice has been to leave our propane on while driving to keep the refrigerator cold and hot water hot, but I know that can be risky. What do you recommend? Thanks, Lee

Must I have a toad with a 27' Class C?

Although we have traveled with a 40' and a toad, and also a 5ver, we are now considering just a small motorhome. For those of you who do this, can you access most places with a 27', or should it be much less?
