RE: 36" Hitch Extension for 2" Receiver - Are they Made?

If your trailer tongue is too short, tucking the hitch under the camper is a bad idea. I switched from the 42" truss to the 48" truss. The 42" was perfect, the hitch ball popped out just behind the camper "bumper". Not so perfect with the enclosed trailer hooked up and you tried to make a tight turn.

RE: Camper looks like its not level

I did that to my truck and camper in sig, but I planed the end of it to taper it down. I should probably plane it a little more. The board is 4' wide and 2' deep/long and it helped level the camper quite a bit. I placed it between the rubber mat and the bed. I too forget how to post pics here, but there is a sticky thread somewhere with a way to do it.

RE: Recommendations for replacing my Michelin LTX M&S tires

I put Michelin Defender LTX on the wife's Envoy and they flat out sucked. We got about 30k from them and they dried, cracked, split, and flat wore out. I heard they used to be good, but my experience was not that. The Mexican Goodyears that replaced them ride no worse.
