Is a Damon Challenger a decent motorhome?

We are looking to purchase an older motorhome (yes I know the possibility for issues but that is what we want to do and will get an inspection before buying anything) and came across a 2004 Damon Challenger in really good condition for around the same price as the late 90's Rexhall Aerbus we are looking at. It only has 36k miles and the rex has 77k. But it's just barely more expensive. Does that mean that these aren't as reliable or aren't as well built as other brands? What would you personally do as far as making a decision?

RE: Rexhall aerbus vs Fleetwood pace arrow

You're ignoring the most important factor in a used RV. Condition is the most important factor. A low end unit in excellent condition is a much better choice than a top end unit in poor condition. That said, I would probably pick the Fleetwood, only because I owned a Fleetwood product. The HR would be a good pick in my limited opinion. But, it all goes back to the condition of the unit. Look hard and chose wisely. Enjoy your travels. Thanks for your reply. I'm not ignoring it I just don't want it factored in to the replies because they are both in similar condition

Rexhall aerbus vs Fleetwood pace arrow

If you had to choose a brand, setting aside condition, miles, price, ect (yes I know that's hard) would you choose a rexhall aerbus or a Fleetwood pace arrow? Both late 90's models. Why? What about adding a holiday Rambler endeavor to the mix?

Approximate fuel milage of these 2 motorhomes?l

We are choosing between 2 motorhomes and it is coming down to fuel mileage, does anyone know about how many mpg these 2 would get and would the difference be significant enough to make it the decision maker? Holiday rambler diesel 5.9 L or Fleetwood pacearrow gas Ford 460 both on 37 ft class a's. I know the diesel will get better fuel mileage but by how much? Thank you!
