RE: online campground directory ?

Just go to the top of this page where it says RV Parks. It's free and it works. Better yet, get the app on your phone for a 'map view'.

RE: Best tire inflator for dually tires

I think this is the best inflator and accessories I’ve ever had. The compressor is auto-shutoff, meaning you can use closed air chucks just like a real compressor, and it will shutoff when the hose pressurizes to the cutoff pressure. The dually extension is very well designed, and is all I use to inflate my truck tires. It comes with enough hose to reach your trailer tires as well. Yeah, it’s not cheap. Buy once, cry once. Viair 400P-RV https://i.imgur.com/rcXEDiBl.jpg :):)I AGREE !!! This thing works great. I use it at work for flat tires and it fills them fairly fast. The long, straight inflator is great for duallies.

RE: Outdoor speakers leaks, 2nd toy hauler same problem

Guess I better get out and check my speakers. Don't use them but the water leak issue.

RE: Direct TV Challenge

Will an HDMI cable to the laptop work? I use HDMI to connect my TV's to the Genie boxs.

RE: replacing Brake Pads

My OEM pads are ceramic and I noticed a lot of fade towing 19,000 pounds. I switched to semi-metallic and no fade.

RE: TCs and Covid Vaccinations

I won't waste my time waiting in line for an unproven vaccine with questionable side-effects, kind of like not buying a new car in it's first production year until the kinks are worked out. I'll give it some time to prove itself before I partake. Even with the vaccine, people still have to wear masks and follow the protocols.

RE: Is 70 to old to travel with a RV

I work for an RV dealer and we have around 40 part-time RV drivers for transfers between our out-of-state stores. At 66 I'm one of the youngsters. Cut-off age is 81 and majority are in their 70's. If you're healthy and in control of your faculties there's no reason to not RV into your 70s and 80s.

RE: Comparing New Tires for trailer

First, stay away from any tire made in China, you're just asking for trouble. If you can install a truck tire then do that and you won't have any tire issues.

RE: Avoiding Low clearance routes

Interstates, US highways and State routes are the way to go. I've never been turned back by a low clearance and I've all over the US. BTW, for peace-of-mind get yourself a Motor Carrier's Atlas at any truck stop. Trucker routes are highlighted and you'll never have a problem.

RE: Anybody in Quartzsite?

Bunch of us with our RZR's will be there this weekend. Gonna take advantage of the lower attendance. Good times ahead.

RE: seattle rv parks

I live there. There are tons of really lousy RV parks here - I mean BAD. The only place I would stay at is Lake Pleasant in Bothell. It's located in a suburb of Seattle (about 20 mins away) and is very nice. It's also convenient to stores and restaurants. I would stay there if I didn't live around the corner from it.X2

RE: August cammping

I'm not much of a predictor but we've done a lot of camping during covid and plan to continue doing the same in 2021. One thing we always do is make reservations.

RE: F350 tire airing down ranges w/ truck camper

Your tires need a certain amount of air psi for the load being carried. How much weight will your tires hold at 20 psi without doing damage to the tire or being unsafe?

RE: Throttle enhancement

I've never thought my Duramax needed any improvement as it's already pretty quick off the line.

RE: Camco sewer lugs out of spec? An easy fix but very odd

Maybe to keep us buying only their stuff. I'm sure China builds to what ever spec you tell them.

So what happens when your 180 day Mexican VISA limit is up but you can't leave the country?

Top down view of motorhome

An observation. Drove a 2021 Entegra Reatta diesel from San Diego to Tucson a few days ago and found it had that top down 360 degree view of the rig feature. I've heard of it on cars but never experienced it. Was surprised to see it in a motorhome. I don't know how it works but it seems a nice feature when parking, backing, etc.

RE: RV parks Fort Lauderdale to Miami?

Push the RV PARKS button at the top of this page to find suitable parks. Better yet use the Good Sam app on your phone and see the park locations on a map view of the area.
