RE: Direct TV turn off date

One last comment before I leave this topic. For all of those saying streaming is the way. I camp in many places that have next to nothing in cell or internet services. Streaming is not always an option. many of the best places are off the beaten track.

RE: Direct TV turn off date

For those of you using carry out DirecTV domes , check with King. Many of their domes will work with DirecTV HD after change without mods.

RE: Mod a grill using 1 lb propane tanks to work with RV propane

Been using this grill on 8# propane pig for 3 years now. have had no problems. Using on rv unit line would require a gas flow control and removing the regulator. Probably cheaper to purchase a compatible unit.

RE: gas station air pumps

Always check volume per minute of compressor, along with max pressure. High pressure alone is poor guide of the capabilities of the compressor.

RE: 50amp on 120/208 service

More than one wiring pattern for 3 phase 208 also older systems differ.Consult electrician, we had one young electrician who had never seen the older type setup. Don't take chances.

RE: Older Onan generator

Load it with heavy load for a while before changing anything. If it has not been run for a while use an electric heater, give the brushes and armature time to clean up.

RE: Is Your Extra Heavy Class C Too Much For Your Tires?

Remember while looking at tires for more capacity, that rims have max pressure rating . My E450 have 80 psi max pressure rating.Raising the tire pressure rating should never exceed the rim rating

RE: Champion Generator not even close to rated output

Read all of comments , would suspect engine. if original owner abused it, things to check valve seats and valve lift. bad seats and worn cam can not be fixed by adjusting valves. sounds like original owner push it too long between maintenance.
