Outside shower conversion to faucet?

I have a typical outside shower as seen in the picture. The shower is located near the outside kitchen. The outside kitchen does not have a sink or faucet. I've been using it like a faucet but would really prefer to install an actual faucet in place of the shower. Any suggestions on what I can use? https://i.imgur.com/qUV1DPyl.jpg width=400

RE: Furnace fan speed control

It would be great, but, the fan has to move enough air to engage the sail switch. I wouldn't put a large effort or dollars into it in case it doesn't work. Keep us apprised if you do make the attempt.

RE: Propane regulator has begun to whine quietly

Get a digital manometer on Amazon and check the regulator’s ability to maintain proper pressure under load. I bet you’ll be replacing the regulator. :):) Or a homemade manometer like I've used for years; https://www.rverscorner.com/manometer.html

RE: Battery toggle switch

Do you mean the switch has three positions? 1. On 2. Off 3. Actuator

RE: Dish TV Pay-As-You-Go RV Plan

We do not and have never had Dish at home. We do have Dish "Pay as you Go" when we travel. Using a Playmaker and a Wally we turn it on by making payment in the app. If we don't want it anymore, we just let it expire until we want it again. I don't know about the credit comments, we have never actually canceled/paused the service, we just let it run out. Next time we are done with the service I will pause it and see if we get a credit to use later.

RE: Decent inexpensive modified sine wave inverter

I suppose they are all good in that they do what they are designed to do. I've got a 400w and a 2000w from Harbor Freight, they both work. The thing I have noticed about the cheap ones is they have a high idle current draw. This is compared to my Xantrex pure sine that uses almost no power at idle.

RE: Electric Bikes???

I bought a RAD City in 2017 and a RAD City Step Thru in 2018. We love them, inexpensive and amazing customer service.

RE: 2007 Heartland Trailrunner Battery Drain / Reverse Polarity

That switch hanging from the box is not a factory install. It was added by an owner so it could be anything. You need to do some detective work to figure it out.

RE: Snow Birds ??

I asked the boss, she says without a vaccine or treatment, we are staying home. Sucks, I looked forward to retirement traveling during my entire working life.

RE: refrig fan

Cold air falls. If you want the fan to blow upward it should be located near the door/front.

RE: Venting Indoors

Leaving the gray open makes a path for sewer fumes to come from the drain and up into the vents. This can be prevented by creating a trap in the drain hose.

RE: Trailer Reverse Lights

In my own experience, I get the greatest benefit from covering the tow vehicle lights. The tail, brake, and reverse lights bouncing back at me from the diamond plate prevents me seeing anything beyond the front of the trailer.

RE: Converting Dual Generator to Run off RV Quick Disconnects

What pressure does the generator use? If higher than 11" it won't work.

RE: Improving Fridge Cooling

...The Interior refer relies on Convection air to flow from the bottom of the refer box UP the back wall and THRU the Evap fins and that removes the heat as the fins are 10 degrees colder than the interior temp... The part quoted doesn't sound quite right. I'm not being argumentative but cold air falls. Seems to me that cold air would go down the rear wall.

RE: Best Full Time Living Travel Trailer?

By definition of the RVIA, an RV is not built for full time living. The building codes for a mobile home are different. They recently fought it out with the US government over the definition and code requirements. Of course we all know that hasn't prevented many RVers using them in a full time fashion.

RE: TSD EFS App Problem?

TSD sent an email this afternoon stating that EFS has a crew working constantly and hope to have the issue fixed on Sunday. You can get all the current prices on the TSD website but the app is simpler.

RE: Propane Exhaust Smell

The refrigerator has a flange gasket all the way around where it slides into the cabinet. There should never be fumes leaking inside the living space. I never trust the manufacturer so I always pull the refrigerator after purchase and make sure it has an air tight seal.

RE: no brake lites or hazard but turn signals flicker

I would guess that light bar is LED so can still work with a very weak ground. The higher wattage incandescent lamps can't work correctly with the bad ground.

RE: One of those things about traveling

In July 2000 we tent camped at a BMW motorcycle rally at the fairgrounds. We toured the Dow gardens, we also did some shopping and dining in the downtown area. I have fond memories and was impressed with the area. It is sad to see the destruction but man is often reminded, nature always wins.
