RE: Myrtle Beach, SC to Quartzsite, AZ in January

Best bet is head over to I-95 from MB. Peddle quickly south to I-10 and pound the pavement west to Q. If you go further north than I-10 all bets are off on travel with tricky weather.

RE: Nascar Follies

Next Gen Car (2021) will be tested at Richmond tomorrow and Wednesday. Built by Childress and will be piloted by Austin Dillon.

RE: Lowering TV tire pressures

On our Ram 2003 dually, I run 80 psi all the way around towing. Then when not towing or staying a couple of weeks at the same location, they go down to 55 psi.

RE: Nascar Follies

Yes, there is no outfit going to singularly sponsor the whole enchilada for what FRANCECAR thinks they are worth. Shoot, car owners need multiple sponsors just to keep the doors open. But time is drawing close and the new season is coming quickly.

RE: Nascar Follies

Yes, Thomas, and have you seen anything on sponsorship for 2020 and beyond? Getting down to the nitty gritty!

RE: 12 foot awning cover while stored

x2 on the rain gutter. We use a lot of that here in the park in Yuma and the Foothills. Just be sure to tie it to the awning shaft or awning rail so the wind won't grab it.

RE: We've arrived

Yes, BarbraOK, we got to Yuma on 9-17. Beautiful weather, Frys has started to raise their grocery prices, a couple of restaurants we have been in, the crowd is definitely picking up. One park here has 61 rigs coming in on 10-1.

RE: eternabond

Over the trim, you are trying to stop leakage. If someone doesn't like the look, ask them which they would rather have, looks or delamination.

RE: Nascar Follies

Yes, Cloud, Earnhardt Sr.(Ironhead) was a professional at times when having a bad day to avoid the media. Drive that 3 car to directly behind the hauler, his manager behind the wheel of senior's van waiting, jumped in they were headed to Mooresville.

RE: Nascar Follies

Kyle tells it like it is. Thank goodness he isn't vanilla. Bringing up the disparity between teams, which FRANCECAR doesn't want mentioned, because a lot of fans don't realize the situation. I'm really surprised that no one has asked what the teams that aren't in the playoffs are doing out there and taking playoff teams out of the circus. Those that are out of the playoffs just bring their used stuff to get rid of it. May as well, since they are going to 18" wheels, I believe next season, and they are definitely going independent rear suspension for 2021.

RE: Graphics Vinyl Stickers Decals

Well I guess I got a FEMA trailer since I removed the yipe-stripes and now have ghost stipes. Ask me how much I care!

RE: Fresh water drain

bobbyg123, that white drain pipe I referred to was above the tandem axles and like you said was not marked. Had to reach up over either axle to get to it.

RE: Fresh water drain

bobbyg123, many new RVs have a white drain valve for the fresh water tank. It is 1" or 1 1/4" with a pull rod just like the gray and black tanks. I found this situation on a new Artic Fox a friend had purchased. Looked everywhere underneath for the "old style" drain, saw this deal, pulled it, and I immediately had a bath! Didn't take long to drain.

RE: I'm In College Football Haven Over Here!

And Scott Frost drops another game at the buzzer, and Chipster Kelley having problems at UCLA. He just can't seem get anything going since blowing out of Eugene. And there were a bunch of exciting games.

RE: Anti-seize on brake caliper bracket?

You shouldn't have a problem with anti-sneeze. If your worried about them backing out, drill a hole in bolt head and put a piece of safety wire thru the head and tie it to something close.

RE: Generator Problem

Bionic, the first thing I would do is check with a volt meter to see if you have voltage leaving the breakers. If so, and you have an ATS take reading there for starters.

RE: 50 Amp Surge Guard Issue?

Never had that happen with our 50 amp Surge Guard. Did you read the 50 amp receptacle for voltage, grounds/neutral?
