RE: Rancho 9000's or Bilsteins?

I cant speak for Rancho . We have Bilstein 4600 monotubes on our F250 and they made a huge difference while travelling over bridges and general overall towing. My vote is Bills.

RE: Clearance with Trailair pinbox

I have a Trail air tri glide. I don't think you will have any issues. I adjust my air so the jaw is in the middle of the stroke of the lower jaw. Not sure what you mean? " jaw is in the middle of the stroke of the lower jaw" I also have the TriGlide. While your trailer is unhitched the air ride jaw will be fully extended. Paint a white reference line on the side. Now while the trailer is sitting on your truck deflate the airbag and the jaw will be fully retracted. Paint another reference line. Next make a line in the center of your two reference marks and the will be the middle of travel . I inflate the air bag until I see the center line. At a glance you know if you need air or not.

RE: Broken leaf springs - third time!

Possibly overloaded. May need to step up to the next larger capacity spring. Have you ever weighed your trailer ?

RE: Weber Q1200 Question

I have a high pressure tee and hose setup that I screw directly in where the bottle normally connects to the grill. Works great and I didn't have to modify my Q1200. Also I still have the option to run the bottle if needed .

Ford's new 7.3 Super Duty Gas Engine for 2020

I have been reading and watching videos about Fords new 7.3 gasser. I feel that it will be a very capable and dependable engine for the Super Duty line. I am still running a 2004 6.0 and it has been on of the good ones. It will be interesting to see what ratings Ford puts on this new Gasser. I was wondering what people on this sight thought of this new engine.

RE: Slide leak not fixed, slide topper

Maybe some other customer had his slide cleaned , taped and sealed for free. I do my own service work. It is to stressful and takes entirely to much time to deal with service centers.

RE: Dometic New Generation refrigerators

Our RM2652 Would struggle in the Texas July and August heat. We went with a 10 cu.ft. Frigidaire residential. DW is very happy . Much roomier and cooling is great.

RE: Sewer smell

We had the same type of steel in the kitchen area caused by a faulty air admittance vent under the sink. Replaced it, smell was gone. Same for us. Air admittance valve - Home Depot
