RE: How to cap an old roof antenna hole?

Look at hardware store for stool, or crutch rubber tips, and use Dicor self leveling caulk on it. If its level use eternabond tape.

RE: Rving coming to an end

Ken, I hope , and pray for the best for you, and your wife. If she's like mine, they are no happier than when rolling down the highway with the rv.

RE: comfortable ride in an one ton dually??

You know what they say, happy wife, happy life. If ride is still rough with over 3k in the bed there are are several things you can do like tire pressure, air bags, air hitch, cushion pin box, shocks of FW.

RE: Thanks to Colorado Springs Dodge!

You are very lucky, I lost the water pump on my previous 03 four years ago in 98 degree heat, and it took out the crank sensor also. Luckily, I was in a congested construction zone going 30mph, and just coasted to the side of the road.

RE: 5th wheel adapter for goose neck

The Reese Goosebox, and Gen-Y are the new kids on the block, and are said not to damage the FW frame.

RE: Multiple blowouts in short time

I would clean, and inspect the hubs, and do new Timken races, bearings, and seals if the hubs look ok.

RE: Champion generator

I have a 10 year old Champion 3500 Watt that I use for boon docking, or storm backup, and still works great.

RE: New 5th Wheel Driver

If the shocks are original I would definitely replace them with Billstien 4600 or 5100 lifetime shocks, and get either a air ride hitch for the truck, or pinbox on the fifth wheel.

We are in the market for a barely used tow vehicle and want to buy an extended warranty. They have always paid off for us. Is there a extended warranty company that you may reccomend? I want to know they will come through for us. Any thoughts or reccomendations welcome. The vehicles manufacture! Search for the best price before laying down your money. In 2015 we bought a RAM Max Care Warranty of 120K and 8 years, with $100 deductible on our RAM Diesel for 24xx dollars. Have you had to use your warranty, I just got a quote of $2900 for 8/100, and seems high since the power train is already 5/100 warranty. My 3/36 is fixing to expire, and trying to decide to get it or not. 35,550 miles on truck now. Thanks

RE: First timer with 5th wheel hitch question

If it previously had a rail type hitch, and the owner took them out, then just get a set of rails, or install a B&W turnover ball, and use several types of hitches.
