Carlsbad - Fort Worth

Last I was on it 3 years ago or so US62 - US180 was in ok shape. But I've heard bad things about US285 in Eastern NM due to oilfield traffic. So how is 62/180 nowadays? And, if not good what might be an alternate?

RE: CO 10 Walsenburg - LaJunta

Thanks all, less adventuring into the great unknown with a big rig is good. No worries about dark - it'll all be light when I go.

CO 10 Walsenburg - LaJunta

Copilot is giving me a primary routing through Pueblo I25-US50 (?) and the direct route on CO10 as an alternate. This even though I'm neutral on freeways as a preference. Google does give the direct route but since Copilot is set up for the RV and google assumes a car I wonder. Is there something I should know about CO10? Viewing it looks like an ok 2 lane with no or very small shoulder - which isn't bad considering its only a 73 mile stretch. 40 ft motorhome towing Thanks

AZ 86 Ajo Tucson

How is AZ 86 Ajo/Tucson for a big rig (40 ft) towing. Will bypass Kitt Peak with the coach and come back for that. Copilot is showing about the same travel times for that and I8 even at RV speeds but its 30 or so miles shorter (and off the interstate). Thanks... Greg 40ft pusher towing.

On-Site Oil Change - Yuma

Has anybody used or heard of Mobile RV Maintenance also called Onsite RV Oil Change for oil/lube of diesel pushers in the Yuma/Indio area? Web site is https://www.mobilervmaintenance.com/ My searches haven't turned up much so if you have used or heard I'd appreciate knowing more. And/or, I'd appreciate knowing which shops would be good for an oil/lube job in Yuma. Greg

Tucson - Catalina State Park Fees

Help me figure out what I'd pay per day - motorhome towing - site ($15?) plus day use ($7?) - do I have two 2 day use fees (coach, toad)?

RV Storage in Arizona

Google is not my friend when it comes to finding storage. I get all kinds of self-store facilities and its hard to sort. Open lots are not a problem but I'm looking for at least covered, I'd consider enclosed. Its for a 40 footer. I'm centering on Tucson but would consider north to the south end of Phoenix, east to Benson, South to Sierra Vista. Specific suggestions would be appreciated.
