RE: Temporary "driveway" over grass?

If the ground is hard it want hurt the grass you said it was just in and out occasionally. I drive thru mine and you can not tell it. I do not when wet for long time. Have done this for years.

RE: 2007 roadtrek adventurous need help

We have a 2005 LTV diesel Sprinter van that we bought new and now have just over 150K miles on it. Would buy the same RV again if we were to do it over again. Average MPG over those miles has been 21 MPG and that is over many mountains in our many long trips two of which were to Alaska. please tell me the regular maintenance you do and problems you have incurred and what i should look for please and thank you so much.I sent you a PM but it doesn't show as being sent on my RV.net private messages. If you didn't get it, send me your email address via a PM and I will send you a copy of the maintenance log on our LTV. PM sent

RE: 2007 roadtrek adventurous need help

What year and how many miles? I've had 2 Sprinter based RVs, both were good vehicles. Maintenance and repairs on a Sprinter are more expensive than on a Ford/Chevy/Dodge van, but the do go longer between oil changes and those diesel motors, if well maintained, will go for years beyond a domestic van. 2006 gulf stream vista cruiser with 89000 miles.I have never owned a diesel what is the upkeep other than oil changes. It is a one owner from Florida any info you will offer will be appreciated Thanks in advance.

RE: Senior Citizens Speak Up

“Especially those of us on fixed income, with no hope of annual raises.” Your Social Security isn’t fixed. Go back to work if you are in “dire straights.” What an ass

RE: Coronavirus practical issues

The first step is to declare the state of emergency. Denial gets us further behind. For example, one expensive mask, gloves, appropriate suit, etc is needed in order to get out and offer help. I know one person who has the equipment, but now he is afraid to get out,.....for fear of being robbed of his mask. However, if most RVers decide to do what IMO we should do, IMO the RV industry will collapse. The appropriate leadership first needs to come from the highest office. fear never helps so uninformed

RE: Access to overhead bunk

Overhead bed....difficult for the older adult or senior?? Dang!! I don't think I'm quite that decrepit yet. I'm 65, 5'10", and 230 lbs....yet have no problem navigating the ladder in or out of our overhead bed whatsoever. It is my preferred place to sleep.Well....My hat is off to you. Good for you that it's works well. My reference considers the "typical" senior. There are always exceptions and you are surely one of them. I also think some of the limitations are relative to the head clearance in the upper bunk. The low ceiling in some rigs prevent the person from sitting upright, making it more difficult to get in and out from. Then there is the dinette or couch to utilize in some situations. There is no one statement that covers every over-head situation. My apologies for that. I am 75 so wait a while to brag.I am happy you are nemble not everyone is so fortunate.
