RE: Pullrite Super 5th VS B & W Companion

I’ve had a pullright and loved it. However when I went to dually long bed with puck system I bought the B&W. I really like the B&W and think it is easier hooking and unhooking. I’d say go for it.

RE: Tire life

I’ve never blown a tire but I change tires 5-6 years and watch the air pressure. I’m also careful concerning the brand of tire I buy. Too I store my trailer in an enclosed structure. Keeping tires out of sunlight helps a lot.

Rving coming to an end

Been rving since 2003. Guess we will have to give it up. DW has Ovarian cancer. Guess we will sell the 5th and hopefully get loan paid off. We may get a small bumper pull later on. Really hate to admit getting older and quitting what we loved doing together.

RE: 2017 Ford dually tire valve stems access help please.

I have same problem. I finally gave up and run by my tire shop. They can get them checked and they don’t charge.

RE: What truck do I need to pull this trailer

I have a 2014 Ford 350 with DRW and full bed. I’m pulling a 39 ft. Beacon by Van Leigh. The unit is heavy probably close to 15000 lbs. This truck pulls it beautifully. The DRW makes a lot of difference.

RE: Real-life experience blocks to aid 6-point leveling system

I carry a few plastic blocks. However went to one park this summer and they put me in a very unlevel spot. They brought blocks so we could get level. Othrtwise I have never used blocks under anything. God idea to have something.

RE: 5th Wheel with no dually truck

I went from SRwTo DRW about 4 years ago. I didn’t need the capacity but knew we would get a larger trailer. 1st year I towed with DRW it was a huge diff. The DRW just holds road better. Today I’m pulling a Beacon. It’s heavy but DRW handles it like a charm. My DRW is a daily driver. Both trucks are Ford.
