RE: Ignition just clicking

once I had a car that just clicked. turns out the battery was OK but the wire going to the starter had so much corrosion under the insulation it stopped the flow of current to the starter. put a new cable on and every thing worked great after that

RE: How cold is "too cold" ?

it takes you longer to get the stuff you need to winterize then it takes to winterize. it takes me about an half and hour from start to finish. be to be safe than sorry. I thought i did a good job of it one winter and I had to replace some lines. but that was back in the days when I was young and knew every thing

RE: Any "sleeper" brand trailers?

RV manufacturing is not rocket science. and in saying that I would stay away from entry level rv's. they are the worst investment in rv's. wood frames and poor quality. you will spend more time working on them then enjoying them. bite the bullet and get a better quality rv with a metal frame. they don't shake apart when going down the road

RE: How can people do things like this?

they say it takes all kinds of people to make this planet go around. I don't know who said it but I think that person is a nut. we all know it takes a bad person to start a war. and it's a shame we have people like that on this planet. face it what nice peaceful alien from another planet would want to visit us?

RE: So what is your take on diesel fuel prices after 2020?

I love the way oil prices just 20 or 30 cents a gallon jump up over night and if they go down it's 1 or 2 cents over a 6 month period. oil companies have enjoyed 25 billion dollar profits over a 3 month period, they run wild when it comes to oil prices. they added lead additives to gas and the price was 25 cents a gallon, now they have unleaded and the price is $3 something a gallon. what makes you think they will sell at a lower price.

RE: Which black tank wand cleaner works best?

if you make one like scottg be sure to put an on/off valve on the hose end. some come with a swirling nozzle on the in tank end. some come with a hose and washing head for the not straight into the tank toilets. just what ever you need for your toilet and tank is the one to get

a friend of mine uses an antenna that is mounted near his front left headlight on the hood area. it is about the size of a fifty cent piece and it works very well. I have no idea where he got it. I guess if you can't locate one PM me and I will ask him

RE: Soooo Tell Me About Quartzsite

if you like desert it will offer you a bucket full. I don't care for quartzsite at all. if you want to be in a park and have full hook ups make a reservation now. too many old people, but then so is Yuma

RE: Rusty BBQ grille. Can't seem to stop it

the grill is just like a cast iron skillet, you can wash them but need to heat it back up to get rid of the moisture. and then coat it with oil, read up on skillets cleaning and do your grill the same way
