Check the carb for a filter also. My 87 had one. Only had a single tank so only one filter in frame..

Never owned an oil burner. Except for farm tractor. All my RV's have been gas powered. Been operating that way from the 60's.

RE: Winnebago Products windsheild cracking

Check I see what jacks were on the MH. There are some independent jack that if not raised in pairs. You can twist the chassis. I had a set like that on my FW Coranado. Had to be real careful.

RE: Death by GPS

If I listen to my DW directions. I defiantly will get lost. Val my GPS get along fine. Surprising how people will be on a paved road and it turns to gravel or dirt and just keep on blindly. Never checking there location or where they want to go. Most cases it is the operator of the GPS not thinking while driving.

Look for a small metal door. Mine is under the fridge cabinet. Has the main breakers and fuses on it.

RE: Shortening our MIrrors? Any help out there?

Same I have. They are adjustable. Swing arm back will make them closer to the MH. Not a great deal of adjustment.

RE: King Dome in motion

We had a KD on our MH. They can be set up for Dish. When our KD died it was going to cost too much to repair. So when's with a Traveler. Like it better.

RE: Shortening our MIrrors? Any help out there?

OK after looking up a photo of your class C. You have same mirrors I have. You can adjust the swing out on the arm by loosening the screw close to the cab. Maybe swinging it in a little will help. Than you have to readjust the mirror head the same way. My mirrors are straight out to the side. These mirrors do not stick out that far from the body of the MH.

RE: Shortening our MIrrors? Any help out there?

You can always take over the driving.

RE: Shortening our MIrrors? Any help out there?

You only see the MH when making a turn. Leave your back up camera on if you want to see your MH driving down the road. If your hitting things on the edge of the road. You need to get closer to the center. First time MH driver. Learning curve.
