RE: A/C Vibrating Trailer

Check your fan blades, mud daubers are famous for making nest on fan blades and throwing things out of balance and causing vibrations. :(

RE: Money well spent

I did a long trip and stopped at seven campgrounds. Before the trip I purchased a new water pressure regulator. It allows more gallons per minute. The pressure is set at 40 psi but with the higher water flow the shower has better pressure and water flow. This was true in all of the campgrounds. My old regulator had less gpm but higher psi but the new regulator has shown to be superior. I think it was money well spent. Here is the one I purchased; Watts Brass New Model X65BG (replaces N55BG) Adjustable Regulator, 2" diameter 0-160 gauge, 6-9 gpm, lead free. I also have this filter setup; Dual Canisters, Both White, w/ 3/4" brass hose fittings. Wrench incl. Web site where I purchased my stuff; RV Water Filter Site Curious if you use the 2 filters in parallel(water flows through both filters at the same time) or in series(water flows through one then the other filter)

RE: Origin of power stroke engine

GM is the only one I know of that ever converted a gas engine to diesel and all I ever heard about them was bad.

TST is great, also great customer service. The peace of mind is worth every penny of the cost. :)

The scissor jacks are not for leveling, only stabilizing.

RE: Brake controller and 12 volt power line?

Personally I would run that line directly from the battery.

RE: windows 10

What I am curious about is if you can down load Win 10 but not install just yet. Just want to get it while I can. I am still suspicious of MS as to what there ulterior motive is, they don't give anything for free, there has to be something in it for them down the line.

RE: Using an additional awning?

We have a 10' x 10' like the EZ-up and the screen for the sides. We like to set up the cover over the picnic table to eat out of the sun, if the mosquitoes are out I add the screen walls with a Therm A Cell inside and we eat bug free in the shade. :)

RE: Trailer Life subscription

Hardly worth the paper it is printed on. Maybe 1 good article per issue, the rest is advertisements. What a waste of trees.

RE: Shade screen - ideal height?

We have a mesh tarp from harbor freight, any 7 or 8'. We love it, it blocks the sun and allows air to pass through making it a lot cooler under the awning.
