RE: Surge protectors

The 50 amp unit will work just as well but cost a lot more.

I have been trying to find a good password program that is local, on my computer or a jump drive.

RE: Hose in 5 gal bucket?

I just coil them like most others do, and screw the ends together. Connecting the ends together keeps the inside of the hose clean & clear. Never needed more than 2 x 25 footers. :)

RE: A/C problem

Might also be a bad fan motor. Those bushings are famous for seizing up.

RE: Spare Tire Mounted Under Trailer?

I put ours under the 5er on the "Hide A Spare" just behind the rear axle and very satisfied with it. :)

RE: Yeti Coolers

YETI makes some fantastic coolers, but their "insulated drinking mug" is a waste of money. They should be ashamed to even put their name on such a piece of pretty junk.

RE: 90 degree 30 amp?

Pretty sure Marinco makes one, I have their 50 amp right angle adapter. They are pricey.

RE: Surge protector

Mounted ours in the entertainment compartment with the TV, I can see it from my recliner. :)

RE: circuit breaker

Probably 40 or 50 amps. Should be marked. :)

RE: Water filters

9 out of 10 CG have water as good as at home. Have been to 1 or 2 that had a lot of iron or chlorine and there a filter was nice. I usually use my filter all the time out of habit, not necessity. :)

RE: Leaving hot water tank turned on

Ours stays on from the time we arrive and connect the water till we the night before we leave (we leave early in the morning & do not need hot water before leaving). :)

RE: Surge-gaurd

Forget that one and get a unit by Progressive Industries. The PI is a superior product and has a life time warranty. :)
