RE: TR: The Road to winning a National Championship

Great read. My wife is a purely recreational dressage rider so that added a bit more interest. Congratulations and good luck on the next event!

RE: Chisos Basin, Big Bend

It's tight and twisty. The camp hosts were the only ones with anything over ~20ft IIRC.

RE: Ford decreases 5.0L V8 production due to low demand.

That V8 Sound must not be as popular as I have been led to believe. I guess the V8 sound through the speakers is good enough for most people. I'd probably want the bigger Ecoboost if I were buying a half ton. I still find it hard to believe that Ford has to produce fake sound for their ecoboost. And even harder to believe people buy it. I believe a fair number of cars enhance the engine sounds through the speakers... I don't get it. I like the 5.0 in our 2013 F-150. Tows better than the 5.4 in the 2002 we had, tho it definitely has to pull a few extra rpms.

RE: Beautiful and Free Camping

This is not too far from where I live. It's a neat little place surrounded by the Eglin Reservation. Which just means not too many neighbors and you might hear various forms of the "sounds of Freedom". There are trails but if you want to drive/hike/recreate on the Reservation property, you need a pass. Glad you enjoyed the location.... i enjoyed the video

RE: Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Might be way off-base but you might want to look into what is used in safes...
