We went thru all the awning cleaners etc. Best on the Block is a simple bottle of degreaser from your local Auto Store. Mix it in a Sprayer and wet it down. Limited scrubbing. If anyone wants the useless $20 bottle from Camping World let me know.

Thank you,
I had some nasty mold marks on the underside of mine. After trying some of the over priced RV stuff and a bunch of other things, I found that Ajax cleanser and a stiff brush worked as well as anything. Still getting the soap out from my arm pits. ![smile [emoticon]](http://www.rv.net/sharedcontent/cfb/images/smile.gif)

Mr. Clean erasers work GREAT on awning stains. Very little scrubbing.

I've found much success in my combination of 4 parts water, two bleach, and one simple green-on the roof and awnings.
Only a couple times a year on the roof-with a good rinsing afterward.
I let it sit on the awning and soak well before scrubbing the tough spots.
The same for the black streaks.
Just keep it off the tires!
And BTW-NO MSDS problems-Simple Green OKs the mix.
