What program and version are most using to resize your signature photo with?

I used Microsoft Picture Manager. Had to play with it some. JMHO

I use Irfanview. Neat little program that does the job.

I made somewhat of a pictorial on using IrfanView to resize pictures and posted it at Tips to reduce signature pictures. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.

It comes with every version of Windows ...

MicroSoft PhotoEditor.

You need to dig for it on your computer ...

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Photo Editor

Copy the photoed.exe program and past as a "SHORT CUT" on your desktop. DO NOT do just a paste!!!
