Lockdoc - always like to see your aerial picts. I did not fly that much this summer - too much going on. I did get in a 2.5 hour flight and made it to 7500 feet - all in a glider.

There are a lot of awesome photos on here. It would make a wonderful book! Kudos to all the picture takers.

Thanks for the compliment. That trip to 7500 feet must have been a blast in a glider! Quite the thermal! I took the ppc up to 4600' or so to capture an above the clouds experience for an elderly fella!

These pics were taken with my iPhone! It has become the camera of choice up there although I am afraid of dropping it! The previous pics(hunting country) were taken with my Canon DSLR.

One of the reasons I love the iPhone for taking pics of my passengers is the dual camera lenses which allow me to see what I am capturing. It also allows me to include my mugshot along with the passengers. You may notice the difference that dropping 50 pounds makes in the face!
