Thought I'd share our Maglite storage trick. I did this in our old TT, too. Its just an inexpensive Attwood rod holder from Wally World. It's mounted right by the back door so I can grab when when we're loading the camper. With a black bedliner and a black camper box, it's hard to check the clearance between the wheel wells without the flashlight. It's handy too when camping - very accessible when you need it.![]() Sally 2006 Ford F-550 2006 Lance 1191 Truck Camper Torklift Tiedowns, FastGuns, SuperHitch, FastGun Wobble Stoppers, Lock and Load Cargo Carrier 2008 Surveyor 260BH Fifth Wheel Torklift GlowStep Revolution, B&W Companion Hitch |

Great idea! I had mine in the Maglite plastic clips but they broke. Not as tough as a Maglite! I think I will give your idea a try.

You could also look into the mag rechargeable flashlight. It come with a special charging holder. The cost is much higher but the money I have saved on batteries over the years I am sure has paid for the flashlight. As a bonus I have a flashlight that is bright as a headlight.
2003 Jayco 308fbs eagle 33' tt, towed by a 2003 Ram 3500 slt, quad cab dually, cummins diesel ho, trailer towing package, with 6 speed manual. Hauls better 1/2, 3 kids, myself, and a 2003 ez go clays car.. I have added so far, neon lights, clearance lights, back up lights, black light, lift kit, mud tires, and everything necessary to make the golf cart street legal. It's now ready to spend the winter in the garage for more mods. More neon, strobe lights, alarm, a pa system, maintance, and whatever else that comes along. This golf cart does wheelies and travels thru 7 inches of mud when need be. Two honda eu2000i gens twinned to supply the electrical power. Latest addition an 04 Honda Goldwing. I have the Ruger pistol in the bedroom. It will fire off 11 rounds as fast as you can pull the trigger. I will keep the flashlight for lighting things up.

I agree, A good one. I put a small wire basket above the rear door to hold a rechargeable lantern, it's handy. Also a couple of self stick plastic hooks beside the rear door to hang the various keys fobs.

It's either a 3 or 4-D cell maglite - either one will fit. And the holder can be found in the sporting goods department in the boating accessories aisle.

Great idea, I may have to do that. Seems like a great reason to buy an extra flashlight or 2. Jim Formerly Jimandsue60 2015 Toyota Tundra, 2019 AT Summit Camper |
