I'm a cat person, haven't had one in a few years, but about to get another one.

Well, I'm in my '95 36' Thor Wanderer and I can't seem to decide the best place to the put the litter box. I would almost put in the kitchen, since the rest of the 5er is carpeted, but would like to hear where others are putting theres.

We use the shower in our class A for the litter box, with a towel under it, and it works out great but if you have a glass door I guess it would be a problem.

I don't know how your FW is laid out, but we were able to remove a cabinet door in the kitchen and put the litterbox on the floor. We replaced the door with a smaller one to close off the upper shelf, so the cats only have access to their space. The cabinet we used is one of those l-shaped for bar stools. We lined it with indoor outdoor carpet that we can remove to shake out the loose litter.

Put the litter box in the bath tub. Put a cat door in the bath room door so the cat can come and go and does not smell with the door shut.

Since we don't usually eat at the table, we have it under the table. Also keeps the dog out of if. LOL

I know a lot put it in the bath/shower, but I think that is just gross, not to mention a pain to have to remove it every day, one time for each of us, clean the floor and then shower, dry it off, and put it back. No thank you.

But then again, we fulltime. I just can't imagine the above process every single day. LOL

We've done both tub and under table. With our new camper we will remove one of the drawers under the dinette seat & let the cat have it.

I made a cat door on the second step in my motor home. It leads into the forward compartment where they can go and do their business. This Spring I will make a screen for the compartment so I can leave the door open and they can go down and look outside.

We put the litter box in the bathroom. We have a large one with a cover. We put down an old beach towel then the litter box. Two cats travel and never a mistake. Of Course, we clean the box twice a day, pampered kitties are finicky. Oh yes, we do have to remove the cat box when we shower.
