My husband is a major golf nut and Acemaker came about because he got a Hole In One and won a brand new car during a golf tournament...It was probably the happiest day of his life or at least the second happiest day... the first being when he married me of course[emoticon] ! Acemaker is a golf term for members of the hole in one club.

Well, boring me uses my last name for all screen names, as it makes life easier. If this is taken, then I use jbrain. Of course, I am a software architect for a living, but I am no rocket scientist (seems like we have one of those around here)

My DH's nickname has been Round Man since he was 12 and when we got married I became "Round Man's Wife" to all his friends. Name is the abbreviation and the year we were married.

Realtor is a trademarked word, and I could get in trouble using it in a forum like this, so I'm told. Many people pronounce it "ter" those of us in the profession want it prounced "tor" as in "real a tor". Thanks, interesting post.

My name's Steve and the town I live in is called 29 Palms. I use the same name (or a one as similar as the board allows) on all the forums I belong to.

Dw and I love to squaredance. We're at some festival, with our rig, about once a month.

DW loves the song "Crazy" sung by Pasty Cline, my name is Ray. I asked her what song she wanted to hear and she said ""Crazy" Ray". It stuck. DW said it's a VERY fitting name for me. [emoticon] [emoticon] [emoticon] [emoticon]
