A member asked me what happened to the instructions on making license plates that members have in their signatures. I did a search and found the one that I posted in July, 2004 of Make your own license plate. This is the one I came up for myself that is 216x101 pixels, slightly too large in height for a signature:
Even the correct height of 100 pixels was a little gawdy so I entered "75" for the height and ended up with this:
I also came up with license plate blanks to make your own which requires a little MS Paint skill. This is one I came up for myself using that method:
The instructions are there and feel free to post your license plates here. Both links have been added to the RV.Net Tutorials and Picture-related FAQ's listings. If you need any help with either of these, feel free to send me a private message.

Added in Edit: I re-read the original post of the above and it is in error as signature pictures are now uploaded to the RV.Net picture server. Here's the instructions:
1. Save the picture of your license plate in a folder of your computer where you can find it again, usually in C:/My Documents/My Pictures for example. Make sure the height is 100 pixels or below. There are several links to methods of resizing a picture in RV.Net Tutorials and Picture related FAQ's
2. Go to your "My Forums"
3. Click on "My Preferences" in the button bar
4. Click on the Browse button to find and double click on that picture
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Submit Changes
6. The top of that page has a link to go to your profile where it will be for you to see or you can post it to this topic.
Have fun!
