Mooney,
I saw you and the new camper when you were heading south on hwy 97 just north of Klamath Falls. I was on my way home, I live in Chiloquin. Nice set-up, it really stands out going down the road!

Sorry I missed you. Usually flashing lights and waving when seeing other campers. Although that portion of the 97 was cliffs and rock and one side, water on the other and a ton of semis. May have been white knuckling it when I passed you.

Cool camper Mooney. You bringing it to Yosemite in a couple weeks?

Actually I was thinking of bringing a small tent and sleeping bag. [emoticon]

Are you coming?

I would really like to make it up to PR sometime. I had to get back to the office ASAP with elections. Really was a bad time to leave and hit the road, wish I could have spent more time exploring eastern Oregon. There was a spot about 25 miles north of Weed, CA on the 97 that was breath taking . . . didn't even have time to stop and take a photo.

Dave Hogue and his people make a great camper! Greatly enjoyed when we picked ours up at the factory 2 years ago. Wish you the best with yours.

They use a variety of hatches. I ordered the Heike hatch, yes the same one that Lance was using prior to '07.

Wait a second. This is on record so I want to point it out.....so you don't go saying your F550 'never knows the camper is on there' or something along those lines! [emoticon] Perhaps you should have bought a bigger truck [emoticon]

Seriously, congratulations on the camper. If I were buying new next time (rather than hoping to build something custom from scratch) I'd be seriously thinking about using your setup as a model and going with Host. They have really made a statement by putting this thing together. That's an awesome camper and great teamwork displayed.
