WOW, looks like a great time. How far did you make it up High Mark City? I used to have a Summit X 670, lots of fun in the powder of NW Colorado. Thanks for sharing.

Jim

Hi Jim,

I gave up "High Marking" some time ago. Windshields now cost over a hundred bucks, not to mention cowlings and other parts that disintegrate if you roll it. The 670 was a great motor and I had one in a short track MXZ. Ski Doo no longer makes it. I now have a Summit 700, 144/2 inch track.

From the other comments it is obvious that the term "Spring" is a matter of perspective. Up here, if it is above freezing, spring has sprung.

You definately have the right rigs.
What's up with the 100 deg. F, temp reading? Does the thing just twist around?
regards, as always, jefe

Hey Jefe,

The actual air temperature was in the 40s, the sun was shining directly gauge so that is where that 100 came from. Spring in the mountains up here is a great time for skiing and sledding.
