I think that the "C" is 4x4. Look to the right of the left wheel. I see a differential casing.

We see a few of them out here, Host features these.

"The truck camper & truck were separated during the nite in the pounding surf."

I think those are Happijac tiedowns.

The owner may have loosened the tie-downs or removed them to level the camper while he was parked.
Not picking on Happi-Jac tie downs .....but I do use a full Tork-Lift setup on my TC. [emoticon]

That's terrible. Sure feel sorry for that guy.

I wish I was closer to a beach for camping. That looks like so much fun.

Really like the picture of the older red Ford. Looks set up well for this type of thing.

Thanks for the pics!!!! [emoticon]

-Hey Sand Lizard. I had a feeling I would get some pics of some local TC Forum members! Nice rig. Nice setup. Lets see some LIVE pics if you can. I hadda leave. I was getting a little too dark ( & maybe a little too chubby !)
Thanks for the complement. I fished through the most of the night and napped this morning. I didn't get back on line until now, sorry no pics...next time. I spoke to some guys who were here the night that rig got swamped, because the beach is currently at a sharp angle, the tide came up all at once. Just a few inches of water was enough to sink the rig to the frame in a sand-slurry,the State's Front End loader was used to drag him out of the surf when the tow company took over. He was doomed long before the tide had fully come in.
