Hey all, just got back from a 17 day 910 mile journey across Washington into Eastern OR. Things went real well truck/Camper/Boat combo worked out great. Got a real good chance to test out all the stuff I bought to haul the camper and boat and couldn't be happier. We left home and traveled across HWY 20 into Eastern WA. stayed at Rufus Woods lake for 10 days caught some real nice fish, then left there and traveled Down HWY 17 towards Grand Coulee Dam down thru Soap lake, lake Lenore, Moses lake then down through Mesa, Wa. Came thru the Tri-Cities area and then Down to Hermiston OR for 2 Nights. The off on HWY 84 where we stayed at The Boardman Marina Park. Weather was unreal the whole time over 100 Deg. Got some great Sturgeon fishing in, and had a blast. This was our third year at this park. Very clean and Quiet. Overall A great trip and cant say enough about the AF. The AC kept it nice and cool in weather that pushed 107 several times Truck performed flawlessly towing in very hot temps over several MTN Passes. Here are a few Photos....

Just curious, where did you stay at Hermiston? We go thru that way several times a year and usually stay at the COE Campground across the river in Plymouth. Never been full yet as we usually travel without reservations -- but always good to have a "back-up" just in case.

Haven't stayed at the Boardman Marina CG ... it always get good reviews though and it's nice to be able to recommend it over in 'Campgrounds' for anyone looking for a good CG off of I-84 in that area.

We luv our ArcticFox too. Was just online renewing the license tabs -- doesn't seem to be anywhere to donate to the State Parks now?! Hope this doesn't mean they'll be raising the prices!! Guess change is inevitable ...

Glad to hear you enjoyed your trip.

My niece and nephew live in hermiston. So stayed a few nights there in the driveway until the campground opened up.

Nice pics, love Moses Lake and the campground there. Did you happen upon Banks Lake?
