you are doing good. My wife is a clock collector . I still have a few to go. I bet I will be last at changing clocks.

Power will go out sometime and they will all be flashing 12. Been a long time since I last changed the backup batteries.

Where I live the power goes out quite often. But thank goodness most of her clocks are wind up or battery. you wouldn't believe the amount of batteries I buy. Most of them are double a but some are size battery I never heard of. Last time I counted them she had 56 clocks. Most of them chime, when she gets them all chiming at the same time, I just shut off my hearing aids.

Back in the day when the stores had all the clocks plugged in we set the alarms a minute or so apart and went a few isles over and waited for the employees to try to shut them off. Can't remember when the last time was that I even seen a clock plugged in at a store.

OK, a week of being last is long enough.
No, as long as my wife and I have been married we don't have to wait on each other, because after 68 years with the same woman. We even know what each other is thinking. It was 68 years yesterday.
