If the goal is to drive a large vehicle from US-395 over Tioga Pass and through Yosemite NP to somewhere west of there, it's do-able with care. But if the goal is to enter Yosemite Valley from this route, it's not do-able without a big detour due to low/narrow tunnels. Check maps carefully.

I ended up smoking the brakes on my 1986 Firebird going over Sonora pass back in 1989. I would never attempt towing over it.

There are no tunnels that will stop a 40' motorhome from entering Yosemite Valley. The roads are very narrow, but tunnel heigth is not a problem.
