Well done! It really threw me seeing Chaco area covered in snow!

I'll put into Trip Reports now...

Quote:

For people not familiar with the Southwest, yes that is our typical winter blue sky. Two days of storm, then a week of blue skies. Not too bad a place to live.

...wow! We get 18 days of pure cloud and 24/7 snow seemingly never ending! Today is our 1st day without 24-hour a day snow/ice in around 23 days [emoticon] I was beginning to wonder if the sun had packed up and left our solar system [emoticon]

Cheers,
Sand & Dunes

Thanks for a great trip report. My list of places to see in the western US is ever growing, almost all of them gathered from posts here.

Silversands - a thanks to you for capturing these posts into the trip folder. Sure makes reviewing places to go a lot easier.

Cheers, Two!

Have the TwoMaineiacs got any advance insight into the spring Northeast Rally locale? Perhaps the "coast" this time round?

I hope that your Maine winter this year is somewhere between ours and the Chaco's in "badness", but closer to Chaco's [emoticon]

Cheers,

Silver - Chief Wagon Master Mikeeee is down in Key West claiming its warm and sunny outside his TC. Soon as he's back in the frozen north, he'll be announcing the 2010 rallies. Yes the first one is on the coast (<<--- a teaser).
