Looks like plenty of information above. The best park in town (or out of town) is the KOA. Very clean, very wide, very nice roads, very clean restrooms, overall, a great place to stay. JMHO

I don't like to read Desert Hawks postings because he always has things that we have missed!! HOWEVER, I think I have him on this one![emoticon]

He didn't have much to say about El Paso, but there is the Border Patrol Museum. It is a great stop and we have had a good time visiting there. Very interesting and informative.

Have a good trip.

Coming to Carlsbad in the end of March will be about one of the best times of the year to visit. The weather should be fine. Maybe some wind but the temps will be about perfect. I have lived here for 36 years and would not trade it for anywhere. The KOA north of town has the best ratings. But the Carlsbad RV Park in town is also a nice park. There is a lot to do in the area. Tops is the Carlsbad Caverns. Sitting Bull Falls is a neat place to go for a day trip. The Queens area is a nice side trip. The Guadalupe Mountains National Park is also a must see. In town we have the Living Desert State Park. We also have Lake Carlsbad downtown. We have 2 golf courses. This is a great place to spend a few days. If you have any questions let me know.
