Once again we headed for Summit Lake in the Alaska Range for our first camper outing of the year. This area was the location of the ARCTIC MAN RACE the previous weekend.

It's been snowing here for a couple days, which is abeynormal for this late in the season on the west slope, Northern Sierra Nevada.
From the depths of global warming, all the best,

Great pictures and adventure -- except for 'Oops, ran out of speed, traction and ideas all at the same time.'
What spot -- nice recovery!
