we decided to make a trip out to one or our quick trip spots. it is the castle creek arm of lake pleasant and only 45 min away.

here is the spot:

after we set up the dogs beg us to walk down to the water...we oblige:

due to all the rains this past winter the lake is as full as i have ever seen it, and the desert is full of color:

well, when the black tank begins to back-up thru the shower drain (815 owners, you know what im talking about), sadly its time to go.

Nice report and neat pics.

We drove from Las Cruces to Tucson today using I-10, in spots the Poppies plus other wild flowers were really splendid, espc'l before the west bound rest area. But pretty nice off and on in many areas. Some really neat tall pinkish ones between Texas Canyon and Benson.

Thanks for the wonderful pics.

Looked like the boots were painters tape wrapped around his feet. Was wondering why til I remembered the cacti in the area.

Not yet and I hope I never do.

Have you thought about getting you a 30 gal blue tote to haul in the trailer. You can dump that little 815 tank three times and stay much longer.

We left AZ too early for the wild flowers. They're just now coming out in Michigan except our daffies are almost done (but they're not wild).
