Announcing the Minnesota North Shore BEE Social Group Social to be held September 9, 10 and 11, 2010. The Minnesota North Shore BEE Social Group Social is open to all Class B conversion camper vanners and/or BSG members. This is an informal get together in a scenic area of Minnesota on the Lake Superior shore and town with many interests in arts, shopping and culinary delights as well as being the springboard to driving up the famed Gunflint Trail into the wilderness and the BWCAW. The campground is adjacent to the town making it easy to walk most anywhere. Also adjacent to the campground is the North House Folk School and a wilderness hiking park.

Sounds like fun, but school's in session: a student can skip a day, but the teacher can't...

seraphim,

No time is perfect for everyone. When school is out it would be impossible to even consider holding a social rally on the Minnesota North Shore. Sorry you couldn't consider it. We also conflict some with the Pleasure-Way group gathering in Hershey, PA and the annual LTV factory rally.

The best I can determine is I believe we have eight RVs signed up to date.

David between the waterfall pictures and the food pictures not sure which I like better. Great pictures and if I hadn't already signed up the pictures would have sealed the deal for me.

I understand, but all the rallies we're interested in - it seems - are intentionally planned during the school year. Just a bummer for us, as there were several we would have liked to attend, but haven't been to one yet.

The way to organize a rally is to take charge. My first social was in August in Minnesota with just four B vans organized by Marty the Mutt Mom. The smaller socials are in some ways more fun.

For those curious about the Minnesota North Shore, its foods and scenery, I compiled this 182 photo gallery. Hope it helps you in determining if you would like to attend the social.
