If you go to the Air Force Academy around noon, you can watch the cadets march to the noon-meal. The visitor's center should be able to tell you when noon formation is. I hear it is neat to see from the chapel wall. [emoticon]

If you are a shopper, don't miss the Current, Inc. outlet store. Also, one of the best Whole Foods Market stores I have ever been in...

I have to ask, what is a "Whole Food Market Store?" Is this as opposed to a Partial Food Store like WallyMart, which is part food store and part department store and part pharmacy and part restaurant and etc etc.?

Its a term I've never heard before.

If you like shade, I would definitely recommend Mueller over Cheyenne Mountain. Cheyenne Mountain does not have a lot of shade, and Mueller provides more privacy as well. Mueller also has a more extensive trail system than Cheyenne, and the trails also have a lot more shade. Cheyenne did provide good satellite service, though...

I think most of the good sights around Colorado Springs have been mentioned. My favorites are the AF Academy, Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Have fun.
