Hey Dave, Thanks for posting the trip. Shame we couldn't have met up somewhere.
I'm really interested in hearing the results with the insurance company and the repair shop.
Great pictures and video.

Nice pic's and write up. In 1981 I purchased a 1979 Mastercraft Ski Boat. I went to the Tar River, outside of Wilson, NC to try it out. Guess who waswith the owner had on the boat that day. Kristie Overton..Parker Overton's daughter from Greenville NC. She was only 9 or 10 years old. I thought I could ski, until I witnessed her on the water. She later became a world champ.!!!

Hopefully I will be picking up my 2006 Northstar Loredo camper this week. I will try to post a few pic's within the next 30 days, after I get my aluminum porch installed.

Dave, fantastic family trip and pics, sir. Many many thanks for sharing. Looks like you folks had a really great time, at least until almost home, and then, was all good that noone was hurt. Things can be fixed. Again, thanks for a great read...Good Traveling

Hey there Bruce. I wished we could have hooked up too. I'll be sure to make another report on the repairs.

Wow. That's amazing about Kristie Overton. I met her (quickly in passing) at a ski competition down at Callaway Gardens. She was big time back then.

Thanks for the trip report Dave. Looks like you had a great time as usual. We are heading up to the Natahala for rafting on Sunday, then hang out in that part of the world for the week.
Let me know if you can use any help on the camper repairs if you have to do it
yourself.

Hey Boyd. Thanks for the offer. I'm still waiting to hear from her insurance. They received the estimate on Tuesday. Hopefully I'll hear something soon. The good thing is the camper is still usable.
