wow, there are people signed up from all over the states and canada for this rally. it makes my "little" 5 hour drive to west glacier seem pathetic. the benefit of being able to make plans in advance is a plus!

just a post about the latest that are already signed up for the rally...
there are: 11 tc's
22 adults
1 child (mine, maybe 2 if you include me)
4 pets
coming from: ontario, florida, alabama, california, montana,washington
i am working on more things for the rally as time draws closer.

great to here you signed up! wow, there are folks from all over canada and the usa signing up. i sent you an email with info for signing up.
i also added 3 more pictures to the first post link. it shows a couple great aerial views and a great one of Ron and his dog (owner of resort)
stayed tuned for more info as i am working on more details for this rally.

new count...14 rigs signed up. for those that signed up be sure to contact lake five for reservations.
there will be music and karaoke on the friday the 22nd. then on saturday there will be music.
the resort will have a fire ring available for us all to sit around.

so here is the info on the red bus tour. red bus tour link
the bus seats 17 passengers. the tour that i can reserve is a 3 hour tour
the tour...the western alpine tour.
if by chance that the going to the sun road is not open all the way it will still be the 3 hour tour. what they will do is go up the going to the sun road as far as they can, then they will head back and drive up camas road. that tour is the huckleberry mountain tour. so no matter what, its still a good tour.
the tour would start at 9:30 am on saturday june 23rd. the boarding spot is at lake mcdonald lodge. so you would drive from the resort into glacier national park to the lodge, entry fee to enter. its a short drive...remember, the rally is 3 miles from the gate. its no problem taking the tc to the lodge...in fact you can drive a bit further up the road before size restrictions take place.
the cost if we have 17 people...$33.12 per person. i can tell you that i will take 3 of the 17 seats for sure. the payment would be made via PAYPAL. its a great way to pay for it for everyones security and privacy. i would have to have payment by april 1st. i must prepay for the bus. if there was more than 17 seats needed i then can book a 2nd bus.

Sounds like a great time - it's one of my very favorite places. It's been a couple of years now since my last trip up there but we are planning on going this year - most likely in September again.
