The DW, the girls, and I took a trip over to Spokane, Washington. For a couple of days at Riverside State Park.

I love that park. I've visited several times for a hike but never camped there. The campground looks nice. Nice spot for a first of the season camp.

Amazing ... while you came over here (to Spokane), we went to Montana to camp! Sometimes I don't even look at the places that are just minutes away. Hmmmmm.

Sorry we missed you. Next time hit us up with a pm and we'll stop by to say "hi". We're on the west side by Fairchild so just a hop skip over. The river is running hard since we had record rainfall and hit flood zone. The Spokane Falls is amazing!!

glad you enjoyed the park. like i stated in another post, its a great place out my back door. its great you were able to get site #6. that is the best site in my opinion. did you get much hiking in? there are many many miles of trails there. that weekend had fabulous weather for you too.
