We received the final costs to frame the group photos and the postage used to mail them to our financial sponsors. Our final balance available for the start of the BIG, BIG, BIG, B-10 is $2,172.00.
It's been a month now since the end of B-9 and we hope to see a few nominations posted here for the discussion period prior to voting. Everyone is tired of coming to Ohio so it's time to nominate sites in other states or provinces. If we don't see them before the deadline you know there will be another Ohio nomination so let's get going.
Have a great summer,
Nick & Chris

Shaaron & I are heading out tomorrow to scout out a campground just South of Sault Ste Marie, Michigan. Haven't been there in a long while. Should I be looking for anything in particular? I hope to have WiFi when we get there Monday. Maybe a B10?
See what you did Charles? LOL

We're well into the second month of the B-10 site nomination period and it is surprisingly quiet. Is anyone at least considering a nomination for the Big, Big, Big B-10? Bob & Shaaron, how did your Michigan inspection go? Peter, what's going on up north? How about N. Carolina and Virginia, anything going on down there? With about 3 weeks left in the nomination process, do you really want us to start looking in Ohio again, again, again ???

I hope to have more information in a day or two. After checking out a couple other locations, we decided that Kincheloe, MI will be a our choice. More later!

Well, I put together a website for a possible B-10 location. It is located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan where an old Air Force Base once stood, Kincheloe. Lots of flat, concrete pads and very quiet area!
Follow this link to the site:

Bob and Shaaron,
Thanks for entering a site for B-10. The movie took a while to load with my MIFI but finally did. Pictures might be just as good. The price certainly is right. If you are selected, you will have an "army" of people (including myself and JaneAnn) to help. I was beginning to wonder if anyone was going to put up a site.
Thanks

I'll look forward to that ARMY! We always enjoy the Stout company! I'm just hoping many will show up, if selected. It is a little further than Ohio. LOL
I'll see what I can do with the movie. It was easier to do that than go through all the photos.

Thanks Bob, that takes the pressure off. If your site is selected you'll have our help also.

Just one question, are there restrooms and showers at the campgrounds? Didn't see any in your movie of the campground. Looks like a nice level area and there's lots to see in the Upper Michigan area.
