On another forum, I read that Washington State has a law that one can only live in an RV for 210 consecutive days.
Is this true?
If so, can someone please quote the applicable Washington State Code?
How do full-time RVers cope with that law in WA?
I'm just curious, I have no intention of ever going back to WA for any extended period, unless DW returns to travel nursing...
Let's see...
26 weeks times 7...
No, that's less than 210 days. No problem, we never stayed in one place for more than 2 consecutive contracts, anyway!

Not true at all. I know of people who have lived in them for many years.

I think the genesis of this rumor might be the camping clubs like Port Susan in Marysville. They limit how long you can live there, so folks buy another site and put something on it.

Heck no. People live in trailers, motorhomes and truck campers year after year, even in the same place.

Yes, very interesting if renting and living in a mobile home or a park model RV in a mobile home park or an owned mobile home on a rented lot in said park, but it says very little about full time living in an RV in an RV park.
THAT is the question: Is there a law in Washington State limiting the stay in an RV to 210 days?
The "other forum" is City-Data.com, Travel forum, Camping and RVing subforum.

If there is, it is universally ignored.
