If you are interested in a T-shirt, now is the time to order. This Friday at close of business, the store will officially close. If you are a procrastinator and want to push it to the last possible moment, any orders placed over the weekend will go thru OK - they won't download all the orders until they come into work on Monday.

B-14 is just around the corner, and we are looking forward to seeing you there. Just so you don't get lost along the way, below are directions for getting to the campground.
Directions to B-14
Approach to the campground will be along one of two major routes: I-64 and US 60. The most common approach will be from the NW on either route, but some may come up the peninsula from the SE. I-64 is the quickest and most direct approach from either direction, but if you are like Connie and me and stay off the Interstate when possible, you may want to approach via US 60. There are signs for the campground, but they are not particularly obvious. Look for B-14 signs as you make your final approach to the campground.
I-64
If you are approaching on I-64 from either direction, take exit 231A to Norge (VA 607). This will put you on Croaker Rd headed SW. Shortly after the exit, you will encounter a traffic light at Rochambeau Rd. Roughly 250 yards beyond this traffic light, turn left onto Maxton Ln. There is a white frame Mennonite Church on the corner. The campground road is about .25 mile down Maxton Ln. Turn left into the campground and proceed to the office, ahead on the right. Maxton Ln is a narrow, dead end street, and the campground entrance is not well marked, so keep an eye out.
US 60
Croaker Rd (VA 607) dead ends at a traffic light on US 60 on the north edge of the village of Norge. If you are approaching from the NW, there will be a CrossWalk Church and a small shopping center with a CVS Pharmacy and Food Lion Grocery on your right at this intersection. Turn left at the light and proceed roughly a mile down Croaker Rd. As you approach the library (on your right) the road will go from two lanes to four lanes divided. Roughly 150 yards past the library, turn right onto Maxton Ln.
If you are approaching from the SE on US 60, the above mentioned shopping center will be on your left, and you will turn right at the light at Croaker Rd.

Is there a two meter frequency that the Ham's among us can meet on? Maybe a repeater near the rally?

Hello, hello! The B-14 Colonial Rally is just around the tri-corner! Jim & I are so excited to be your rally hosts - we hope everyone will have a great time exploring historic Williamsburg.
One important reminder: the deadline to order your rally T-shirts is close of business on May 12 - next Friday. After this date, these uniquely designed shirts will be unavailable.

If you have reservations for each of you from the CG, no worries about a campsite. David will take care of moving you up on the attendees list - no worries there, either.

I had a bit of a mess to clear up this morning.
I was checking the attendees list this morning and all three of us had not been put on the list.
Yesterday when I made the reservations for the campground I received 3 emails from them with the same confirmation number to a Peter Bluffer from Texas and a charge for only 1.
Well it turned out that the person who was taking the information got it all completely wrong. It is now in the names of Peter, Peter SR and Ted Brusselers.
I hope to see us moved up today so I don't have to worry about that.
Hate for us to drive all the way down there and discover we have no campsites.
